PICKPOCKETS! *GASP*

Hey there!

Once again, I bring you updates from Valley Street.
A few hours ago, when I was walking home from school, I saw a pickpocket!
Apparently according to my good friend, this has been happening quite often nowadays in Valley Street.

Well, the pickpocket-er, from what I heard, usually wears a red beanie, and it seems that he is a good looking teenager.

Maybe somebody like this? But less handsome.

So, readers, better look out for people with red beanies in the neighbourhood!
Make sure your valuables are near you at all times, and try to keep your bag where it is in your view, just in case.

Will keep you guys updated soon.

Stray Animals

Hello again!
Today, I noticed a few more things happening in this neighbourhood.

There are more and more strays around, did you guys notice?

I think one of the reasons why is because there are more and more people feeding them.
I understand, you guys mean no harm, you just want them to survive until they become...

However, people need to understand that doing this will attract more and more strays, and in turn, more food.

And more waste.
Which will also be very unsightly.

The only way that we can overcome this, is basically, to not feed the stray cats.

And this does not only include cats. There are stray dogs sighted as well.

And a few days ago... I witnessed a dog attacking a random jogger when he was... well. Jogging.
Luckily the dog wasn't that big, and the jogger escaped relatively unharmed except for a few scratches.

I'm sure that we don't want this kind of incidents to happen again, so we must try to control the population of strays.

If possible, you can adopt one of the strays if your household accepts it. Doing so, the amount of strays will decrease.

Well. I'll update soon if I have any updates on the situation.

Hello!

Hi!
I'm one of the residents of Valley Street and I had noticed some things going on in the neighbourhood.

One of these things are...

and...

There are more instances of this going on but I do not have many pictures. (I'm not that free to take pictures every time)

I hope this blog can raise awareness of what's going on on Valley Street and people can take action.

These kind of petty crimes usually do not get reported to the authorities but to us, the residents of Valley Street, it is an eyesore we have to see almost everyday.

I hope that more people would take the initiative and report petty crimes, no matter how small, to the authorities. This would make us, residents of Valley Street, happier people.
